 HB 693 amends Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 8 of Title 12 of the OCGA by repealing in its entirety Code Section 12-8-39.3.  This would prevent any city, county, or authority from giving authorization to enforce the collection of taxes, fees, or assessments relating to solid waste management.
